Program and Papers


The Workshop will be held at Airbus, Toulouse in south west France. Transport to and from the Novotel (Wilson Centre) in central Toulouse will be organized for participants. The conference hall is 15 minutes ride from the airport making it easy to schedule your return. Airport transfers are not organised. Information on public transport can be found at

Workshop Goals and Format

Hydrogen gas loading is a promising technology to reliably create thermal and nuclear anomalies. The purpose of the workshop is to bring together an international group of experts to present their results and encourage discussion.  The emphasis is on theory, models, explanations, but novel experimental results will also be accepted. In addition there will be discussion on topics of interest.

The working language of the workshop is English.

Workshop Fee and Accommodation

The full workshop fee is EUR 400 per person and covers the coffee, lunches, banquet and bus shown in the outline program.  Accommodation costs are not included.

The recommended hotel is Novotel (€131.75 per night with breakfast), but other possibilities are proposed at . Please be aware that a bus will bring participants up to Airbus site from in front the Novotel. Coming by bus is compulsory for security reasons.  You will not be able to arrive independently at the Airbus site!


The program will consist of both invited and contributed talks.  Oral papers are invited and will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee.   It is essential that all presenters submit a 1 page Abstract  in MS Word format (A4 paper size) (see Important Dates below).  Abstracts should contain the title, authors, and email address and should be on topic.  You are encouraged to support your presentation with a poster paper.  A bronze medal will be awarded for the best poster paper.  Authors should estimate 30 minutes for each presentation but variations on this time (e.g. 1 hour) can be made by arrangement.  Power Point presentations are preferred. (Bring a USB memory key or CD-ROM or DVD-R.).

All presentations and papers should have numbered pages and the filename should start with the presenter's surname.  The organization will compress your submission into portable document format (.pdf) for publication on the ISCMNS web-site and DVD-R and will be freely available for download.  Presentations will not be published on-line until after 15 October and may be modified or withdrawn by the authors at any time.

Papers may also be submitted to the electronic Journal of Condensed Matter Nuclear Science.  and peer reviewed.

A guided visit to the Airbus A380 final assembly line will be organized on Thursday 15th October lasting some 90-120 minutes.   Then we shall go for a short cruise to the restaurant by houseboat on the Canal du Midi (World Heritage of Humanity). Cocktails will be served on board. After the banquet (about 11p.m.) there will be a gaming party lasting about 1h. A bus will return us to Novotel.

The cost for an accompanying person at the house-boat trip, banquet and gaming party is 100€.  As this does NOT include any activity at Airbus, it is not necessary to provide the passport copy of  the accompanying person(s).
