Hotel Reservation:
You can see a Price-List here.
You don't need to pay anything in advance for hotel reservation. Just inform the Organizing Committee (I.Goryachev & Yu.Bazhutov) about the type of the room you would like to live in & it's time reservation. You will pay for your accommodation on the spot on having arrived in roubles, so you would better convert your currency into roubles in advance.
To recieve Russian Visa you need to fill out the Application Form attached below, sign it and send it with a photocopy of two main pages of your passport attached by e-mail (or by mail) to
