By making this application, regardless of whether or not I am successful, and whether or not I attend, I undertake to:-

1. Send an abstract of my paper by 31st August 2007.
2. Provide an electronic version of my paper / presentation at the meeting for inclusion in DVD-ROM.
3. Provide a full paper within 1 month of the end of the meeting.
4. Deliver a signed the ISCMNS copyright form.
5. Respond promptly to reviewer's comments.

1. write and publish an article on the meeting.
2. deliver a copy of the article to the meeting organizers and give or procure consent for the article to be used by the conference organizers and sponsors for non commercial purposes including but not limited to promoting future scientific meetings.

If I am successful, I agree to offer by services at the conference as a session moderator and afterwards as paper reviewer.

I hereby apply for financial assistance to attend the above meeting and request that All / Half ^{(delete as applicable)}  the meeting fee be waived.
