ISCMNS 3rd Annual General Meeting Minutes

Chair:  ISCMNS Hon. President:  Prof. Akito Takahashi

The 3rd Annual General Meeting of the Society was held at 17:00 on Sunday 24 September at the Ristorante Reale, Piazza Alfieri 5, 14100 Asti, Italy during the 7th International Workshop on Anomalies in Hydrogen / Deuterium loaded Metals for the purpose of transacting ordinary business of the Society.

1. The Hon. President the meeting to order and invited non members to observe.

2. The  Hon. President verified that a quorum of well over 15 members was present by asking members to raise their hands.

3. The Hon. President made his report.

4. The Hon. Secretary made his report.

5. The proposed changes to the constitution and application for charitable status were discussed.

6. The CMNS Editor, Prof. Jean Paul Biberian informed the meeting that the workshop would publish its transactions in the electronic journal.

7. The proposal that the Minutes of the second AGM already published be treated as having been received and appoved was passed.

8. The meeting ended at 18:00.
